Discover the Inner Workings Under the Jura
Dr. Mark Heinz, who is originally from Zurich, is a graduate of EPFL (Dipl. Physics) and the University of Bern (PhD in High Energy Physics). After working for few years in Switzerland, he joined in 2005 the Relativistic Heavy Ion Group of Yale University in New Haven, CT and is currently an Associate Research Scientist in that group. Dr. Heinz is heavily involved in the ALICE experiment at the Large Hadron Collider ("LHC") accelerator in CERN in Geneva.
